We connect HOA boards across the Mid-Willamette Valley with vetted local vendors — through honest education, not sales pitches.
Willamette Valley HOA Community Resource started with a simple observation: board members are volunteers, not professionals — and they were making six-figure reserve and restoration decisions with almost no support. We built this nonprofit to close that gap.
A few times a year, we bring board members together with local vendors who already understand HOAs — over good food, honest conversation, and zero sales pressure. Every vendor in our network is vetted first. Every gathering is built around the topics boards actually wrestle with.
We’re a registered Oregon nonprofit, run by volunteers who are — or have been — HOA board members themselves.

Every gathering is education first. Vendors are there to help, not to pitch — that's the deal, and we hold partners to it.
We check real HOA experience before any vendor joins the directory. If they haven't done the work, they're not in the room.
Attending is always free for board members and volunteers. The nonprofit is funded by vendor partners, not attendee fees.
The people organizing every gathering have sat in your seat — they’re board members and volunteers too.
